Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original sealed packaging with all accessories and receipt. Installed or used items are not returnable unless defective.

To start a return, email service@heimanhome.com with your order number. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages & Warranty
Inspect your order immediately. If defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us right away to resolve. This policy does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidents, or normal battery wear.

Non-Returnable
No returns on products that have been opened, installed, tampered (serial number removed), physically damaged, or exposed to moisture. Bulk orders and gift cards are also excluded.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and unsealed. You pay return shipping unless it's our error. Refund within 14 days of receiving return.

Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Contact us if more than 15 business days pass after approval.

Partial Refund
In the following cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return:

• Wrong item received / Damaged item or packaging / Defective item / Missing parts / Item not as described

The refund will be 10%–50% of the item price, with a minimum of $5 and a maximum of $50.
For returned items with damage or missing parts, we will deduct 10%–50% of the refund based on the actual condition.
We take full responsibility for our refund rule settings; incorrectly set rules that lead to automatic refunds cannot be disputed.
